Our one-year workmanship warranty

Every job Bustos and Sons Construction completes is covered by a workmanship warranty. It is written into the contract you sign, and this page says the same thing in plain language. If the two ever differ, the contract governs.

What we promise

We warrant that the work will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, that the materials we supply will be new and of good quality unless the contract says otherwise, and that what is completed will be the work set out in the contract. The warranty runs for the term above — one year on every trade today — from the date the work is completed.

If something we built fails because of how we built it, we repair or replace the affected work at our cost. That is the whole promise, and it is the one that matters: the work is ours, and so is putting it right.

What it does not cover

These are the standard exclusions in a workmanship warranty, and they are ours too:

How to make a claim

Tell us in writing within the warranty period — email jorge@bustosandsons.com with a photo and the address — and give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect it and put it right before anyone else is engaged to do so. Repair or replacement of the affected work is what this warranty provides.
