This website, bustosandsons.com (the “Site”), is operated by Bustos and Sons Construction (“we”, “us”, “our”), a licensed general contractor based at 142 E 6850 S, Midvale, UT 84047. Licensed Utah Contractor (#12042862-5501). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site describes the construction work we do — concrete, asphalt, fencing, landscaping, stairs, remodeling and athletic courts — where we do it, and how to ask us for a quote. It is our own brochure. We are not a marketplace, a directory or a referral service, and nobody else’s services are offered through it.

2. Quotes, prices and contracts

Nothing on the Site is an offer to do work at a stated price. Prices shown are typical ranges for typical jobs, published to help you plan, and the price of your job depends on what we find when we visit. A quote we give you after that visit is an estimate until it is written into a contract that both of us sign. Only that signed contract binds either of us, and its terms — including its own warranty, payment and cancellation provisions — govern the work. If anything on the Site differs from your signed contract, the contract governs.

Submitting the quote form asks us to contact you. It does not book work, and it does not create a contract.

3. Our workmanship warranty

The work we do carries the workmanship warranty described at bustosandsons.com/warranty, as written into your contract. That warranty applies to the work. It does not apply to the Site itself, which is provided as it is, without any warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose.

4. Accuracy of what you read here

We try to keep the Site accurate: the photographs are of our own work unless a caption says otherwise, reviews are quoted from the platform they were posted on, and credentials are ones you can check with the issuing body. Building codes, permit fees, material prices and manufacturer warranties change, and a page can lag them. Confirm anything you are relying on with us before you rely on it.

5. Using the Site

You may read the Site and use the quote form to ask us about your own project. You may not copy the Site’s text or photographs for use elsewhere, scrape it, submit the form for anyone but yourself or with false information, or use it to send us anything unlawful or abusive. The text, photographs and logo are ours or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Links to other sites

The Site links to other organisations — the Better Business Bureau, the South Valley Chamber, review platforms, manufacturers. Those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Privacy

What we collect through the Site and what we do with it is described in our privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability for the Site

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from reliance on its content, as distinct from work we have contracted to do for you, which the contract and the warranty cover. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. Disputes about work we have contracted to do are governed by that contract.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top is when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
